  1. Nord-Trond’s building has CCTV installed to meet our legitimate business interests in protecting the safety of Nord-Trond employees and guests, our property, and to improve our services. These recordings may be accessed by Nord-Trond. These recordings may be shared with competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws, if required. The recordings are retained for a limited period of time but, may be kept longer for the investigation of an incident or when competent authorities request us to retain them.

Opt-out

  1. You have the right to opt-out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information, as set out in this policy, and in specific circumstances, for example related to direct marketing.

Children’s privacy

  1. Nord-Trond is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
